Generation of Square and Triangular wave using 4461

Hi, 

I want to generate 0.01Hz square and triangular waveforms using NI 4461 card. How to generate such wave forms using LabVIEW ?

  I have to generate 20kHz traingular wave in labVIEW.I was generated the signal using the signal generator but iam not getting the proper triangular waveform.So please give me the solution  for how to generate the traingulr waveform of 20kHz   in labVIEW
