Can I connect the SC-2043-SG to the PC-LPM-16/PnP?

Unfortunately, the SC-2043-SG is not supported for use with the PC-LPM-16/PnP.

You can however use the SC-2043-SG with the E-series DAQ cards, except the 6110E and 6111E which are simultaneous sampling boards.
