Any ideas how to build a swept signal gen & spectrum analyser?

I would like to build a swept signal gen that outputs signals between about 105KHz & 130 KHz in incremental steps (if all the above were user configurable would be ideal) and then have a spectrum analyser monitoring the output, after the swept signal has been through a filter. Idea is to use it for testing filters (mainly bandpass)

If your qs. is regarding, how to write a program and how to interface then it all depends on what NI board you are using etc. I think you might need to post more detail question.

You could use an arb such as the 5401/5411 to generate a signal sweep and combine this with a High Speed Digitzer (5102/5112/5911) to capture the signal on the backside of the filter. In addition you may consider the Spectral Measurements Toolset for LabVIEW to do additional processing on the signal.
