quisiera saber  como se puede utilizar un sensor ultrasonico  con labview.. alguien me podria alludar porfabor 

me podrian pasar un VI de algun ejemplo.

Que tipo de sensor quieres utilizar? Como se va a comunicar con la computadora? Ya cuentas con algún sensor o algúna tarjeta de adquisición?

Te dejo un ejemplo donde utilizan una DAQ para medir la señal que arroja un sensor HC-SR04. https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-19917

Sin embargo, se pueden hacer un gran número de aplicaciones con sensores ultrasónicos, dependiendo de que tipo de sensor tengas y como lo quieras comunicar.

Dear All

I bought recently 2 HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors, but seems I will not be lucky, because I only have the NI6008 board.

This sensor can work in this board?

Hey cpalha.

Unfortunately, the example (or the sensor) will not work with just the 6008 board because you need 2 counters to give the trigger pulse needed by the device, and to read its response.

You could substitute the trigger counter (upper half of the example code) with a separate circuit to generate periodic pulses with 100us of high time and 100 ms of low time. Alternatively, you can also get another board with two counters, like the 6210

In the future you might want to post a new thread instead of posting in an existing one, as it's easier to track for us and you're more likely to get quick responses from other users.
