Problems programming programmable syringe pumps using serial port

Hello,
I have used NE-50X library to develop an application to control a programmable syringe pump. My program was running correctly for some days but suddenly it stop working signaling the error: 1073999877. Labview does not recognise this error. I have not made any change to my program since it was working, so I do not know what could have happened. The syringe is not the problem because it works properly using its own software (not developed in labview). Does anyone have an idea?

HI Mals are you still having this issue. This problem is not mapped directly by LabVIEW that is why it is not recognized it is given by the driver of your device. Here to understand what it means you need to check with them. Still i read of a similar case that was solved by reinstalling the drivers.
