My Data Adquisition System has problems when I make a backup in another computer

I have a Data Adquisition system developed in Labview, my application create files every 10 seconds, so, in another computer , I have an another application (developed in another software) that copy these files and then delete them, is a backup via Ethernet, the problem is that afterwards (8 hours for example) the application in Labview leave to work, so I need to end task in the task manager. How can I solve this problem?
