Hi Rahul;
The Micrologix 1200 is a PLC from Allen-Bradley and, according to the manufacturer, has the same communication protocol as the Micrologix 1500. The only difference is the size of the memory. So you could use this driver to communicate with your instrument.
However, there is some restriction in using the Server Explorer (and any other programs). Due to the memory range from the Micrologix 1500 being bigger than the Micrologix 1200, if you try to use the Server Explorer to read tags that do not exist on the PLC, it will "freeze" the system. You will need to choose the available tags correctly and carefully to avoid this problem.
If you have NI OPC Servers, the ControlLogixEthernetDevice Drivers the one that supports this device.
In this link you may find a detailed tutorial that will help you get started with LabVIEW and OPC Server. You should only create a new project in the NI OPC Servers to match your device using the ControlLogixEthernet driver.
If you want to use Lookout then I'd suggest you check out this document on PLC Addresing
Good luck with your application
