which hardware is used to generate digital pulses with micro seconds

hi all,

 

I am in need of help to generate the 2 pulses with varying on time and off time and for example on time should be around 100micro seconds and off time should be 1 milli seconds

so in order to generate this what is the suitable hardware

can any one suggest me to program it with that hardware

 

I am in need please help me in this
