I like to get one cable connecting ER-16 channel relay with NI 6503?

Which cable NB7 ot NB1 should I use? Or Do I need a adaptor?

The cabling options for the PCI-6503 are shown in Figure 2 of the ER-16 Data Sheet, which can be found here.

I looked at document

It only said cable 1. I am not quite understanting what it means.

I got one quote, the lady quoted me NB7 cable, she said one end is 26pin for ER-8/16, the other end is 50pin for 6503.

I just want to double check this cable is correct

The NB1 cable is used for connecting your PCI-6053 to the ER-16. Page 3-9 of the ER-8/16 User Manual better explains the configuration options for the ER-16. Page 2-2 of the manual shows where you connect the 26 pin ribbon (NB7) and the 50 pin cable (NB1).
