How do i determine what my Nyquist frequency is when using a NI-4472?

What is the bandwidth of the signal you are trying to sample?  Nyquist says you have to sample at at least twice that frequency to be able to recreate it.  I recommend sampling more like 5 to 10 times the signal to get a nice data capture.

Max signal frequency is 10kHz and you are sampling at 45kHz?  That sounds like a good setup to me.
