【hsdio】 acquire data without a break

I am acquiring data with a 6541 HSDIO card，and I want to acquiring data without a break. I mean that I want to use a for-cyclic or while-cyclic structure to acquire data continuously. but I found that between two cycles，some data is lost. So I want to know how can I acquire data continuously, without lost data?

If you have LabVIEW, you can look up "HSDIO" in the examples. Then look at the streaming dynamic acquisition example. What you are trying to do is called streaming dynamic acquisition.
