adc 9401

Hi, is-it possible read adc value with 9401 module and how ? I have an instrument that is output is 0-5 Volt and and I would like to read it with labview but the only DAQ module that I have are 9203, 9401 and 9213. I tought to convert the voltage to a digital output but I am not sure how to do this. Any help would be very appreciated.

Since the 9401 does not have an ADC, I don't understand what you plan to do.

I tought to use an IC like Microchip MCP3301 to convert my signal.

It would be simpler to just use an analog input module.
