So the output of a device is digital and i want to measure that digital data on a computer. Any suggestions what i should use? what about Scxi 1302?

If you had looked, you would know that the 1302 is just a terminal block. You have not provided any details on the type or number of digital signals. You can start at the Digital I/O page, contact your local NI Sales Engineer, or call NI directly.
