How to implement SPI with PCI-6221 (master) and optical sensor (slave)

Hi,

I'm new to SPI and need to connect a sensor to my computer through the NI PCI-6221. I would like to be able to record the data from the sensor. The outputs from the sensor are (MISO, MOSI,  SCLK and NCS). Let me know what I can do and if this is even possiable with the PCI-6221. Thank you!

It doesn't say anywhere if I would be able to use the 6221 to interface with the sensor. Do you know if the 6221 supports SPI?
