Which model  "96ch PCI DIO" ?

I f  I use 2 x 96 channel PCI  Card , how to sync 2 cards.

I have had a lot of luck with the PXI version of the PCI-6509.  Each line should be able to drive your SSR, but check all specifications to make sure.

These DIO are software timed and are port addressable (each port is 8 lines).  So I would try to group the solenoids that you need to be perfectly together into ports and then write the value to the ports as needed.
