Graph Stops Updating with Continuous Sampling

Hi all!

So I have an NI-9215 and I am taking continuous samples at a very high rate (I need to) for 1-3 hours. I am updating all voltage values in a histogram in real time. For some reason, my histogram stops updating after 2 minutes. I think my buffer is messing up I tried setting it to -1 but its still doing the same thing.

If anyone has ideas it would be greatly appreciated!

@aniforatos,

This sounds to me like a buffer overload/overwrite where you are either writing too fast or pulling too slow from your buffer. You are going to need to write slower to your buffer or pull faster from your buffer. The following document provides some really good information about this.

I hope this helps!
