Errror DAQmx Start Task generación de señal digital

Hola, me gustaría que me ayudaran.

Estoy simulando el llenado de tanques y al programar señales digitales, al prinmer tanque todo esta bien. Al segundo tanque me sale esta leyenda:

Requested operation could not be performed, because the specified digital lines are either reserved or the device is not present in NI-DAQmx.

It is possible that these lines are reserved by another task, the device is being used through the Traditional NI-DAQ interface, or the device is being reset. You might also get the error if the specified resource is currently in use by LabVIEW network variables bound to the DAQ Channel, or if the DAQ Channel is being used in any OPC Client software.

If you are using these lines with another task, wait for the task to complete.  If you are using the device through the Traditional NI-DAQ interface, and you want to use it with NI-DAQmx, reset (initialize) the device using the Traditional NI-DAQ interface. If you are resetting the device, wait for the reset to finish.

Estoy utilizando ademas el DAQ assistant, ¿no se si eso afecta?

Exporte esa sección del error a un New VI y ya no me sale. Un tanque sin problemas, el siguiente me sale este mensaje, el siguiente bien y asi sucesivamente. 

Ya revisé y todo pare estar bien. Agradecería su ayuda.

El código de error que estas obteniendo es el Error -200587. Como dice la descripción, este error ocurre cuando intentas utilizar líneas reservadas del dispositivo o cuando intentas accesar a esas lineas y una tarea todavía no ha terminado de utilizarlas. Debido a que mencionas que con un tanque si funciona y con el siguiente no, lo más probable es que este ocurriendo por el caso #2. Para ver si en verdad esta ocurriendo eso e identificar cuando y donde esta ocurriendo te recomiendo que ejecutes tu código con la herramienta Highlight Execution habilitada.
