DIO 65XX series??

1. I need a DIgital IO PXI card. 

2. It should source and sink a current of max 100mA per channel.

3. I need a 24 source Digital output and 24 sink digital sink output.

4. It should give an output varying from voltage level - 0 to 24 V.

5. The output need to isolated. Every channel isolation is expected.

 

Please let me know if there is a card avble.

Since you are talking about 24V, you will need to go to one of the industrial DIO cards.  You also might need multiple cards.  I would recommend getting a hold of your local NI representative and have a nice sit down with all of your requirements and they can lead you down the right path.
