Chicken Poop Bingo Application

Alright...  Lets be honest, I can't believe I'm sharing this but here goes.

One of our local elementary schools held a fundraiser.  It's called "Chicken Poop Bingo". (I'm not making this up, you can search for it on Google!)

Raffle tickets are sold with numbers on them.  A chicken is placed in a large square area over a gridded and numbered floor.  The winner(s) are chosen by those holding the ticket with the number the chicken happens to poop on.  The organizers of the raffle approached me with the following challenges:

1. If the squares were numbered in order, no one wanted ticket #1 because that would position them on the edge of the field of play.

2. They needed to adjust the size of the grid based on the number of tickets sold to guarantee a winner.

3. Tickets were being sold from multiple locations, so the numbers were not sequential overall, but were sequential in sets.

The solution?  LabVIEW of course.

This quick LabVIEW program allows anyone to quickly, on game night to:

1. Define number of tickets created

2. Collect unsold tickets and enter their numbers in groups/lots

3. Randomize the numbers so that a few people can add numbers to the grid just before the chicken enters the game

4. Export/Save the grid for future reference

Good luck!
