sp1 diadem 11.1

Hi,

i want to install the servicepack 1for DIADEM 11.1, but its not working!

I have copied it to the instalfolder and tried to unpack it, when it starts I get this error message:

"The ordinal620 could not be located in the dynamic link library GFSBase.DLL"

has anyone an idea?

it would be helpfull, if you can post a screenshot from the error message which you receive during the installation of the service pack. Which language of DIAdem did you use?

so here are my system infos(see attachment...)

I have now downloaded a ~34MB update "DIAdem_11.1_SP1_german_dac"... this I have located in the DIADEM installfolder... it extracts, but when I want to start DIADEM I get the message I got with the last installation...

so what should I do?
