problems activating product

Hi I have purchased DIAdem 10 as part of my Developer Suite but I am unable to activate it, I just get a message saying that the serial no is not reconised.
 
I am using my Dev Suite Number and have also phoned NI several times but just get told they are activaing it and it will be available within 24 hours.
 
Why haven't I been able to activate it.
 it's been 2 days since I last spoke to a NI rep with no joy.

we need some more information in order to assist You.

Could You please provide the following information:

- Company name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Developer Suite Serial Number

Hello Phil,

I would suggest calling your NI contact again to find out what has happened.

This will be the quickest way to get this resolved
