pdf export from diadem after update from v9 to v10

Hello,

i've updated my diadem from v9.1 to v10.0 and can't export my reports into pdfs as i could with v9.1.  diadem run without problem and i can also see the diadem pdf printer in my printer list, but it doesn't work properly.I get the standard message of a succesful data transfer but my data doesn't exit.

Could someone help me?Did i do something wrong when installing the new version?

Hi Patrick,

Are you using both DIAdem versions - 9.1 and 10.0 - on one PC?
If so, did you install the latest DIAdem 9.1 service pack? Here are the links: English DIAdem 9.1 SP2c and the German DIAdem 9.1 SP2c
By the way for DIAdem 10 there is a service pack, too

Hi Walter,

thanks for your help.Unfortunately, it didn't work.

I've uninstall v.10 and just only install v9.1 with the expected service pack but i still have the same problem.

Just one question: my license is still not activated, could this be the problem?

On some computers this problem was solved after deleting the 'DIAdem PDF Epxort' in the Windows printer list. DIAdem will reinstall it at the next start.
