Hi Sarita,
There is a "Getting Started Guide" that ships with DIAdem, which would be a reasonable place to start learning. When DIAdem launches, you get a splash screen with a bunch of links on it. At the top right of the dialog you will find a section called "New to DIAdem?" and under that a link called "Getting Started". There are also half a dozen links on the left side of this splash screen which show you individual elements of using the DIAdem environment.
Finally, there is a freely downloadable "DIAdem 10.2 Hands-On Exercises" document at the following web page:

Hope that helps,

Hello Sarita,
If you are located in a time zone that is somewhat compatible with US Central Time I would be happy to give you an introduction to DIAdem using Microsoft LiveMeeting (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/livemeeting/FX101729061033.aspx) - all we will need is a phone line, an Internet connection and 3 minutes to set this up.
LiveMeeting will allow me to share my screen (and thus my DIAdem) with you over the Web and do a real-time presentation for you.
Let me know if you would be interested in that - I am unfortunately not available between October 7 and October 20 since I will be away on business travel.
