You really don't want to try to reproduce the GPI boiler-plate code with LabVIEW. Besides which, I don't think there is any way to create a C++ DLL with LabVIEW. However, you certainly can create a DLL out of your LabVIEW code, then call that LabVIEW DLL from a wrapper GPI-DLL. This I have done, but the simplest way to create that wrapper is still to fire up the trusty old VC 6.0 environment and use the GPI-DLL Wizard to automatically create the boiler-plate wrapper code for you.
