User can't login after installation of DIAdem 2014

Hi,

 

after having installed DIAdem 2014 on a computer where version 2012 was installed, the user can't login after the reboot. He does not see his desktop. Via RDP everything seems to work fine. As soon as DIAdem is de-installed from his computer, he can login again.

 

Any ideas? Are special user rights needed?

I have some question.

Does the user use a network account for login and how many users are affected by this problem?

Did that happened with a local user account on the same PC, too?

Which OS is running on your PC? Windows 7 64 Bit?

Which server system do you use for the User server?

Do you get any problem reports if you login after uninstall DIAdem?

Can you tell me which HW you use? Dell HP …
