Programatically 'select' channels in the Data Portal?

Hello - is it possible to programatically select channels in the data portal?  We have lots of channels, and it's often difficult to sort through them, find them, etc.  I have a dialog with a simple text search (mostly InStr commands) which goes to a sort of my own chart wizard, but not everyone always wants to make a graph ;( so it would be neat if I could select these in the Data Portal, or something.  Just checking!

Hey Julia,

Unfortunately this functionality is not there in DIAdem currently.  This is something that we are looking at for future versions.  One possible workaround is to use the ListView in the DataPortal and sort by particular properties.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
