Hi Guys,

is there any possibility to execute a pattern recognition in DIAdem and automate it with VBS?

I have my original signal as depicted in the picture (top, blue) and want to scan this signal to find the locations where my pattern (bottom, red) fits the best way.

Hello EC92,

Currently we don’t have a function out of the box for such situations, but it is very interesting. It would be helpful to do some test with your dataset. Is it possible to provide us your data? You can send it direct to my email address (my full name with dot instead of underscore AT ni.com)
