I've looked over your CSV file and honestly don't know how to interpret the data. It looks like your bulk data is in lines 31 - 41, but are the data channels arranged as rows or columns? Where are the channel names located, and what should be done with the X_AXIS_PTS and Y_AXIS_PTS values? Are the ETK ADRESS_MAPPING values file properties or channel properties, and do you want them imported at all?
