Importing MSC.ADAMS results to DIAdem

Hi Forum,

My questiuon is regarding import of MSC.ADAMS results into DIAdem.

I found a data-plugin (adams.uri) on the website and tried to use it without succes. It might be that I did something wrong using the plugin (I am a DIAdem novis) so I will off course try some more. However I could not find any information on the format of the ADAMS result file required (it is possible to write out result files as binary, ascii or xml) nor could I find information on which ADAMS version is required.

Does anyone now the procedure, what format and version is required?

I also would like to know if it is possible to import xml files (to my understanding some kind of standard format) to DIAdem?

Hi Holle,

The plugin supports ASCII files. Please try to export the ASCII file from Adams and read it into DIAdem. If you find any problem, please post the file and we will investigate further.
