Histogram with custom y-axis

Hello,

I would like to write a script that makes a custom histogram but I am having trouble even making the histogram by hand (I am new to DIAdem).

I have an "Hours" channel that I want to be my y-axis and I want the x-axis to be my temperature channels. So basically the histogram shows how many hours each measured temperature spent at a certain temperature.

If anyone has any idea how to do this on DIAdem and more importantly how to write a script for it, then that would be very helpful. I know how to code other graphs but was just having trouble with the histogram.

Thank you,

Omar

Re: Histogram with custom y-axis

Hello Omar,

isn't
Histogram Classification (Analyses)
what you are looking for?
There is also an example for it.

Potentially you have to use
ChnGenTime
Linear Mapping (Analyses)
to generate an equidistant Time channel.

Greetings

Andreas

P.S.: This is just an idea that crossed my mind. I have no idea if I offered something stupid.
