Exploring dat file in diadem

I have a .dat file which I am unable to open it in the diadem even with the plugin wizard. Attached the file for reference.

I am using the version 2011.

you didn't specified the source of your data. There's a few plugins for files *.dat.

Stating the nature of the data file is particularly important when it is binary, as this *.dat file is.

It is the data file ouitput from the data max data logger.

I did a quick Google search on "data max data logger" and didn't pull anything up that looked like a clear winner.  What is the company name that makes this hardware?
