Diadem viewer incorrectly plots data twice

My recent install of Diadem 2010 or 2011 (SP1) is not displaying plots correctly. Each waveform or pair of numerical channels (even the example file) is plotted in the correct position and then also a duplicate is plotted displaced to the upper left. The curve cursor follows the correct trace and the Report generator only plots the correct trace. "Scrolling in Cursor Range" also only showsthe correct plot. I have tried reinstalling Diadem to no avail. Any ideas? The operating system is Windows 7.

Hi Matt,

If what you're referring to is something like a "ghost image" of a curve, then I would recommend that you focus on your video card driver and settings.  Can you send a screenshot?

Thanks Brad! I turned off Accelerate 3D Graphics (DirectX 10 and OpenGL 3.3 and this eliminated this issue for me. In case someone else runs into this problem, I was running a Windows 7 virtual machine using VMware Fusion 8.1. The issue didn't arise until a later hotfix for Windows 7 SP1.

Issue closed.
