If you look at the attached picture, you'll see what I am trying to accomplish. I don't want just the first column to sit over the X-axis values, I am looking to center all of the data over the label.
I ended up making a "Special Combination" chart and manually-set x-axis offsets. While had I tried this before I posted my question, the offset value would not go negative when I would hit the down arrow next to the box, so I thought that it was unable to use a negative offset. That was an incorrect assumption, since you are still able to set the offset negative by manually entering the value.
