This is what I have squirrelled away. I don't know how comprehensive it is, and I don't think I've ever used "timeformat" for export, but hopefully all you really need is here.
"filename" specifies the file that is to be read. "delimiter" is the character used to separate values. I think only tab, semi-colon, and comma are supported. "decimalpoint" indicates whether a "." or a "," is used to separate the integral part of the number from the fractional part. "timeformat" indicates what time format to expect in the document and how to write the time format back out again.
