Can I use DIAdem 10 and older license server?

11We have currently activated our DIAdem 10.0 multiseat license on previous version of NI LVM. The DIAdem 10.0 loading will be interrupted as the message "Fehler beim Aufruf des Lizenzmanagers: Es wurde keine gültige Lizenz gefunden. DIAdem wird beendet".

Is a combination of DIAdem 10.0 software and previous version of NI LVM not possible?

Hello effendie,

You have to use the latest version of the VLM (Volume License Manager - I think you ment this instead of LVM) which is VLM 2.0, because of the license file.

But if you have problems regarding to your license file i would recommend to call you local NI-Office for faster help. (NI Germany - 089/7413130)

Hallo Christian,

thanks for your advice. I have to use the older VLM version, because we have more than 100 clients registered there and we don't want to re-enter the client information by hand again.

I'm contacting NI technical support now.
