XLR8: delete sheet don't remove named range of the sheet

Result:

- error (1172) in "Create Named Range" on the new page with the same name of previously delete page

- Excel generates an Error at file open

Solutions:

- add VI to remove selected or all Named Range. (also usefull with a Wipe Sheet)

thanks for reporting that bug! I checked it with the old xls format and you are right! The xlsx format doesn´t have this bug. It will be fixed for xls in the next version of XLR8!
