Can XLR8 search and replace in spreadsheets?

I have a test running that uses XLR8 to combine and format a week's worth of daily data files into an Excel workbook.

Since working with special characters is a pain in the you kow what in LabVIEW

When I format these files manually I use Excel's search and replace functions to replace "x" with "Σ" (Sigma) in the column lables that need it.

How can I make XLR8 do this search and replace for me?

I assume by the lack of responce that XLR8 can not search and replace.

you are right: XLR8 doesn't have the feature "search and replace"

You could check the content of the cells in a loop but this is probably not what you want to have,
