tcp ip

Hello,

I'm trying to connect an instrument thru TCP/IP with dasylab. I don't get any response from the device at all. I've got some different software with the device witch works, so the cabling, commands, ports and adresses are correct. But because I want to aquire date from multiple devices I want to use Dasylab and not the supplied software of the manufacturer.

Does anybody have any tips how to get a response from the device?

many thanks,

Marcel

I forgot to say that the device is communicating with AK commands.

Without more detail on the device, I cannot imagine what the problem is...

Hello Marcel1234,

thank you for your post on our webforum. One thing to keep in mind is the security from your computer; maybe your firewall is blocking the communication from Dasylab. You can temporary disable your (Windows) firewall and stop your anti virus software, hopefully this will give you any other results.

If this doesn't help it is best to get support at the Dasylab site; http://www.dasylab.com/content/mydasylab.php?action=start

Good luck!
