signal burst

Hi there,

Some time ago I posted a question about making a trapezoid.

I got the solution based on a sinus signal with filtering. Problem now is

the right question was if it could be build with a signal burst!

guess i realy need your help with this one......

Cheers,

can you supply an image or description of the burst?
Measurement Computing (MCC) has free technical support. Visit www.mccdaq.com and click on the "Support" tab for all support options, including DASYLab.

Well, better question to ask is: What sommation of frequencies gives a trapezoid funtion as given as in the picture.

I can't seem to find it anywhere in books. It is obvious how to make a sawtooth or a square, but trapezoid....?

Cheers,

Pieter

Hello,

I think this is a job for the DASYLab Addon "Sequence Generator". This module is designed to generate time-related analog set points with a user-defined program.

Best regards,

This is definetely a job for the Sequence generator.  You could use formula and trigger events but it would very combersome.
