In DasyLab11 formula interpreter with the following equation output ERR on digital meter display, why?

in(0) ^ 0.125

However in(0) ^ 2 does not show any error! (input is in 0.1 to 5)

This is just a guess, but maybe it's Digital Meter related. Try increasing total number of digits in the DM icon's "Options -> Digits" to 10 or more. If it works, then increase the number of decimals for the channel, and see if it works.

That's correct. ERR is not an error. It indicates that the number of characters (default 7 with two decimals) is too small.

Click on the Digital Meter Options to change the total number of characters to display. Each channel can have a custom number of decimals, too.
