averaging problem after FFT

Hi, I have some problem on my modal.... 

I need do the averaging after FFT...I facing problem that dont know how to averaging after the FFT,

and also how can i know the how many block contain after the FFT.

To average the FFT use the Data Reduction-> Block Average module. It will average across blocks -- for example, it averages the first sample in each block across all blocks, the second sample across all blocks, etc.
