Dasylab is not communicating with the hardware dbk25a3

Hi:

I am trying to troubleshoot a high pressure processing equipment. This system uses a PID controller. The pressure level is not stopping at the set point, rather it is keep on increasing. I am trying to fix this problem. As the program was written by someone else and there is no documentation on what each module represent and does. It is very difficult for me to troubleshoot. therefore, i decided to start all over with my own module.  However, I encounter a problem. My hardware (DBK25 and others) is not communicating with the Dasylab module. I tried several different things nothing seemed to work. I am getting this error.

DBK25A3:DO

An input of a module is open.

Any help is highly appreciated

The error message indicates that you have a module that has an open input -- nothing is connected to it. You must have a data wire connected to all inputs.
