DASYLab Data Acquisition System Laborary has stopped working

Hi, i have two quiestions

1. i connected MCC 1616HS and AI-EXP48, and i am using DASY 13, when i started  v13, when it loads to MCCDRV.dll, it crushed and have this message, anyone can help me?

DASYLab Data Acquisition System Laborary has stopped working" and close the program

2. when i tried to save worksheet, the error message pop up says "An error occurred writng wrokhsheet, remove the write protection from the file or the destination folder" anyone knows how to solve this? i was trying to just put some simiple worksheet like just use generator and a digital display and it is not working.
