Hello andriawan,
Have you tried running your code? What RPM outputs when you run it?
I'm just trying to clarify if this is a troubleshooting question for an error in LabVIEW or a math question for how to convert pulse to RPM. From what I can tell, you followed the example pretty closely except you did not divide the RPM by 1000 to get kRPM.

That error's description is as follows:
Analysis: The amplitude of the waveform is zero, so the histogram method cannot be used.
In other words, you have no waveform captured. Please post your actual VI so we can see all of the setups for the DAQ Assistant etc.

I don't know whether the DAQ Assistant settings are correct or not

Could you open up the DAQ Assistant and show us a screenshot of your settings?

I already know where my mistake , My USB daq does not support reading frequency , because it appears the error .
is there any other way that can be added to my program to get the value of RPM ?
becouse i confused to setting looping and timing for counting and for my program...
