Hi Zack,

 

Page 36 of the User Guide mentions that the maximum tested DIO frequency is 10 MHz.

Do you know what frequency your application requires?  Have you tried testing it out?

Hey Zack, 

 

Sorry about that, in my search I ended up switching 9361 to 9631.  Dislexic moment! 

 

I think the product page for the 9361 has what you are looking for:

It sounds like it can keep up with a 1 MHz input signal.  However, the fastest it can output the current count is 102.4 kHz.
