resource spice model high power high frequency bipolar transistor

i try to make scheme high power transmitter with band(2-30 Mf) in Multisim by bipolar transistor NPN but i haven`t found any  HF high power NPN transistor in database  i 've found some transistor in goggle (MRF 421 MRF 426  www) but i can`t find spice model for them can someone tell me where i can get spice model those transistor ??

 Another question ?? i use mutisim version 10.1 and ihave recorgnized that in master database there isn`t high power high frequency bipolar NPN transistor /Am i right ?? is i`m wrong can some one show me evidence? 

Help me i need it so much /It relative with my  course!!!!!1

Hi,

The manufacture is the best place to find the SPICE model, but is they don't have it, creating one yourself is really tough because you don't have all the details about the component and you must have a very good knowledge of SPICE.
