phototransistor part number in multi sim

Hi, i am having trouble finding a phototransistor in multi sim.  Is it not possible to simulate photo sensitive componets?  If any one has any recomendations please post, thanks.

There is a Generic phototransitor under BASIC>Rated Virtual in the database. I have the Power Pro Edition, so I don't know if this would be in your edition or not. This is the only one I know of with, the exception of the Opto-couplers, that is in Multisim.

The other type of component you may consider using is the optocoupler and you can find these components in the Misc group.   If you don’t see an optocoupler family in your version look in the Misc Virtual family, there should be one in there.   Beside the optocoupler and the virtual phototransistors you will not find other light detecting component in Multisim.
