no voltage drop

Hi all,

I am simulating a simple circuit as shown in the attachment in Multisim 9, but the measured voltages at node 1 and node 2 all equal to 3V, which indicates there is no voltage drop at any diodes.  But in model codes, each diode would have at least 0.75V drop.  So what would be the root cause of it?

Thanks for the help in advance.

for you to get the typically 0.6-0.8V diode drop, the diode would have to be ON (forward biased/conducting current).

The capacitors are open circuited under DC signal conditions, as you have in your circuit. So you have no circuit loops and therefore no current flowing through the diodes
