That particular part is not included in the Multisim database, but the ADC_DAC family in the Mixed group offers a number of ADC components you can use.
If none of these fit your needs and you have the SPICE model of the component you would like to simulate you can create a custom Multisim component. A tutorial for this can be found here: http://www.ni.com/tutorial/3173/en/
