multisim PLD export to BASYS2 - Device not recognized

I am trying to use the Digilent Basys2 board with Multisim 13.0.1 and have followed the instructions at http://www.ni.com/white-paper/14871/en/.

However, when exporting to the PLD, Multisim does not recognize the BASYS2 board that is connected by USB (Device status: Not connected or drivers not installed). I have Xilinx ISE 13.1 and Digilent Adept 2.16 installed. Digilent Adept is able to recognize and communicate with the the BASYS2 board fine, but not Multisim.

Any suggestions?

Hi markmorin,

In order to program the Basys 2 from Multsim using Xilinx ISE 13.1, you will need to install a plugin from Digilent. It is a free install and it can be found here, along with instructions. Let me know if that works for you.
